Mickey's Pool House Retreat is a luxury villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located in the highly desirable Windsor Hills Resort and just 3-4 miles from the gates of Disney World. The house is located in a quiet part of Windsor Hills. Our well equipped villa has a private screened-in heated pool and spa and Harry Potter-themed game/theater room. Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort with a clubhouse and large heated pool with two large slides and kids splash pad. We have everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Mickey's pool house retreat has plenty of sitting areas, including a 6-person patio table and a small outdoor grill. Our pool can be heated for all-year-round swimming with plenty of pool toys for the family to enjoy. We provide complimentary pool and spa heat (which runs between 8am and 8pm daily) to a maximum temperature of 82 degrees for the pool and 104 degrees for the spa (dependent on rainfall/wind).

We have themed rooms, including a beach room, animal kingdom room, harry potter room, and frozen room. Our Harry Potter-themed media room will entertain the whole family with an 82-inch tv, couches, and gaming stations. We have onsite parking for up to 3 vehicles. We have so much to offer for guests of all ages.

We have pack n plays, a crib (available on request), a high chair, a single stroller, a double stroller, an umbrella stroller, a toddler potty, kids bathroom step, kids toys, and games.

My wife and I have spent countless hours renovating and decorating Mickey's Pool House retreat into a family-friendly villa with special touches throughout. We are dedicated to creating an amazing experience for our guests! We live local and are always available to answer any questions.

Only 3-4 miles (approx.) from the entrance of Disney World and easily within reach of Universal parks, plus many other attractions. Numerous restaurants and eateries are just a couple of minutes by car (many of which will deliver to your door). There is also an on-site sundry shop for all the essentials and a nearby Walmart, Target and Publix (local grocery store).

There is public transportation available in the Kissimmee - Orlando area on the LYNX buses. To get to and from the airport, parks, shopping, restaurants, or just about anywhere, we recommend using Uber or Lyft if you do not want to drive.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
